Q. What is your 'refund policy'?

 - Porter & Lialias, Inc. guarantees its PORTER LIALIAS™ items against all manufacturing defects. A refund is offered within 15 days of return of the item. Please note there is no refund on 'Made-to-Measure' and 'Made-to-Order' items.  For more information on our refund policy please go to our Refund Policy page at: Refund Policy

Q. Can I exchange for a different size?

- Yes. We must receive the item back within 15 days of your obtaining delivery of the item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. 

 

Q. How can I return my order?

 - Contact us at: info@porterlialias.com with "Return" placed in the 'Subject' line.  Indicate why you are returning the item. We will follow-up with an email providing you with detailed information on the return requested.

 - Note: Items purchased as "Final Sale" can not be returned or exchanged. 

 

Q.  The item is 'sold out'.  Is it coming back?

 - Items may be discontinued but still available through purchase as 'Made-to-Measure' pieces. For more information on a particular item please email us at: info@porterlialias.com with the name or description of the item in the 'Subject Line'.  You can also stay informed on the latest information on items, sales and other news by subscribing to our email list located at the bottom of this page.

 

Q. What is 'Made-to-Measure', 'Made-to-Order' and 'Bespoke'?

 - The ruling established that a 'Made-to-Measure' item would be cut from an existing pattern and adjusted according to the customer's measurements.  'Made-to-Order and  'bespoke' items are fully hand-made and the pattern cut from scratch based on consultation with the customer in getting their specifications with far more attention to fit details and fabric selection.
